Bad habits you need to kick off to get healthy hair

Everyone in today’s world is busy and always looking for easy and short ways for everything. In haste, we ignore ourselves and don’t think that what we are doing may be wrong for our health and more so for hair.
There may be some habits which are wrong but still we keep on doing either we don’t know or we try to ignore them.
Here are some habits which are bad and should be stopped for the health of our hair:
-Tight hair styles like ponytails or tight braids.
-Combing hair when wet
-Frequent hard brushing of hair.
-Using too much chemicals
-Sleeping less
-Less and unhealthy eating.
