I am seeing some hairs coming out with the scabs are these transplanted grafts. Do I need to worry?

After the hair transplant surgery, some broken hairs may get entangled or stucked in the crusts or scabs. When the scab falls one may confuse them with the transplanted grafts.

One need not worry about them as when the graft comes out it will cause some bleeding from the recipient site. So one should avoid plucking the scalp or crust, plucking the hairs in recipient areas scratching rubbing in the transplanted area so as not to dislodge the grafts.
