What is the impact of using saline spray after hair transplant?

Saline spray is advocated by some to loosen and soften the scabs which forms after hair transplant. We advocate the use of mild shampoo which we provide with gentle pouring of water. One should avoid rubbing or scratching while doing the gentle wash and should be done as advised by our clinic. This softens the scabs and help in promoting the healing of the area.
