Is hair transplant surgery covered under mediclaim or under medical insurance ?

Hair transplant is a cosmetic surgery which is to enhance the appearance of the patient and to treat baldness. In India generally cosmetic procedures are not covered by mediclaim and the treatment of the disease are covered and are the emergency surgeries or the procedures are covered under the mediclaim policies. But there are certain insurance or finance companies available which may provide medical loan for the procedure that too at almost 0% interest.
