How much hair loss is normal in a shower?

Hair loss in shower can be very troublesome especially when someone see clumps of hair going down the drain or collected clumps on the shower drain. But one has to understand that some hair fall is normal. One can experience hair fall in tune of 50-100 or sometimes 150 depending on characteristics of hair like length and thickness of hair. This may be more in lengthy hair. This may increase if unhealthy hair care methods are used like very frequent hair washing, combing in wet hair and many more habits.
